“ceux qui sont dehors veulent y entrer, ceux qui sont dedans veulent en sortir.”

The idea originated from a campaign Spotify launches called “I’m with the Banned”, which unites artists in solidarity against the travel ban. One of the artists, a Yemen writer, writes a song called “Cycles”. “We realize what we stand to lose when we become less open.” At the same time, we have the fear of facing difference.

Tear, build, and tear. The conflict between the desire for difference and fear for difference builds the fortress: those who are outside want to get in, and those inside want to get out. The performance would like to reveal a heart journey of people who fail to stand with the victims.
